How to create an IACA certificate

Perform the following steps to create an IACA certificate using the Self Service Portal:

  1. Select Certificates from the navigation panel on the left-hand side of the portal.
    The Certificates screen is displayed.
  2. Select the CREATE CERTIFICATE button.
  3. Insert the certificate’s Common name. This will show up as the tenant identifier in any interaction.
  4. Use the Country dropdown list to select the certificate’s issuing country.
  5. Optional: Use the State or province dropdown list to select the certificate’s issuing state or province (list content is automatically updated based on the selected country).
  6. Use the Expiry date picker to select the date when this certificate will expire. Maximum value is 20 years from date of creation.
  7. Select the CREATE button to create the certificate.
