Trial Access and these Terms
-
These Trial Access Terms ("Terms") apply to your trial access of any MATTR capability (including for example, when you sign up for Trial Access via our website). You agree that these Terms apply to all and any part of MATTR Services and/or Materials we provide you (whether before or after the date you accept these Terms), other than those provided pursuant to a signed Order Form (e.g. for commercial or production access). That includes any additional Services and/or Materials we provide you beyond the scope of those requested at the time of your initial sign-up. If you do not agree to these Terms, then do not access any of our Services or download any or use any of our Materials.
-
Your use of any Services and/or Materials is also subject to the MATTR Customer Agreement available at https://learn.mattr.global/docs/resources/terms/customer-agreement ("Customer Agreement"). You agree you are receiving Trial Access for the purposes of the Customer Agreement. Each party's liability to the other party in respect of any Services and/or Materials provided to you is governed by the Customer Agreement. The Customer Agreement will also apply between you and MATTR in respect of any other MATTR products and/or Services you consume subject to other Order Forms. These Terms constitute the "Service Terms" and/or "Order Form" for the purposes of the Customer Agreement. Capitalised terms used in these Terms that are not defined, have the meaning given to them in the Customer Agreement.

Term
- Unless it is terminated before then, your right to use Services and/or Materials under these Terms expires 90 days after the date you are first provided access, unless we agree an alternative period (or an extension) with you in writing. When this period expires, you must immediately stop using the Services and/or Materials, and must destroy all copies of Materials in your possession or control. If for any reason you continue to use the Services and/or Materials beyond the scheduled expiry, all such use remains subject to these Terms and the Customer Agreement.
-
General
-
You warrant that all information you have provided us with in connection with requesting access to our Services and/or Materials is true, correct and not misleading, including: (i) the correct legal names of each individual and/or organisation; and (ii) your intended use of our Services and/or Materials. You also warrant and represent that: (iii) you are lawfully able to enter into contracts (e.g. you are not a minor); and (iv) if you are entering into this Agreement for an entity (e.g. a company, government agency or other organisation), you are authorised to do so and have legal authority to bind that entity.
-
You agree that we may, at reasonable times on reasonable notice, audit your premises, systems, files and applications to verify your compliance with these Terms.

"you" or "your" are the entity entering into these Terms, as agreed with you or specified in the online form.
