TransactionCode

The transaction code requirements the issuer attached to a pre-authorized code offer.

Its presence means a code is required, even when every field is absent. The code binds the offer to a particular transaction, and issuers are expected to deliver it over a separate channel, so prompt the holder for it rather than trying to read it from the offer.
