RetrieveCredentialsResponse
The outcome for every credential the SDK requested from the issuer.
A successful call can still contain failures, so check isSuccess on each entry rather than assuming the whole
offer was retrieved.
An issuer can grant several credentials of one type, so entries can outnumber the offer and share a docType.
Identify a successful entry by its credentialId; failures carry only docType, so two failures of one type
cannot be told apart.
